Friday Meditation with Wenda - Fine Tuning

The Bible tells us; the fear on man bringeth a snare: but whoso puttest his trust in the Lord shall be safe. Proverbs 29:25

There are many demands made on us continually: paying our bills, achieving success in our jobs, finding the ideal mate, overcoming a health problem. And all of these things occupy our minds from time to time.

So perhaps we need to take a look at the thoughts we are allowing ourselves to entertain.

Do we spend too much time thinking of the demands on us, worrying about the things we feel we lack? If so, we need to focus our awareness on the truth that all we need is supplied to us, recognising that worry is not productive. Possibly we may also benefit from a bit of “fine tuning” to rid ourselves of the feeling of being separated from our good, to begin to see ourselves as a perfect expression of harmony and balance, living in the midst of abundance and fulfilment.

Here’s what we can do:

1. Turn completely away from the old experience of lack.
2. Declare positively the way we want our life to be.
3. See ourselves living in a state of perfect harmony and fulfillment.
